- Lost Items: If your order is lost in transit and cannot be recovered within 30 days of placing the order, we will either reship the item or refund you in full.
5. Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping Costs: We do not provide pre-paid shipping labels and do not cover the return shipping fee. Items must be sent to our returns address at the customer’s cost.

- Alternatively, the customer can opt to receive store credit without returning the original item.
